DAY 2 (Part 1): Island Hopping
We woke up really early the next morning to go for island hoping at Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park. Hence, we parked our cars at Jesselton Point car park and went to get a nice deal for our island hopping.
Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. Huge sign to tell you that you're at the port and here's where everyone depart to different islands.
Different travel agencies available for you to choose!
They will try to offer their best deals to you. We, as a group of smart tourists, found a nice deal after asking several agents. We got a deal of RM50 + per pax, personal boat (means we can choose our time to stay/leave each island), hopping 3 islands with safety equipments. Sound good isn't it.
Which 3 islands did we went? Sapi, Manukan and Mamutik Islands. =D
Ok. Time for some description AGAIN. Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park is an off coast park consists of 5 islands: Manukan, Gaya, Sapi, Sulug and Mamutik. As it is a conservational park, everyone has to pay a RM6 compulsory Tariff Fee at Jesselton Point Terminal and also another RM10 for Environmental Conservation Fee upon arrival to the first island of your choice.
Sapi Island was our first island of visit. It is the second most developed and popular island in TAR marine park. Manukan Island is the most developed island in the park with a 1km's stretch of white sandy beach and pine-tree lined shores. There are more choices of restaurant and it seems to have more people. Mamutik Island is less developed but have basic facilities. It is quite a nice place to relax. Less people, More peace.
Overall, the islands in TAR marine park are beautiful. Apart from the disappointing snorkelling session - I find the water quite "blurry", I enjoyed the sun, sand, blue sky, sea water and nice environment. Maybe it's the people that matters, the bunch of lovely friends. =)
So photos will summarize everything for me.
Boats at ferry terminal. Look at the sky!!!
My friends and I on the boat before island hoping (we are still fair).
Due to privacy issue, I'm not gonna expose their faces. XD

Upon arriving at our first stop - Sapi Island. Yeahhhhhhh! Smile to nature.
Beach, Sea, Trees, Blue sky! What else can I ask for? *heart melts*
Not so clear sea but still can spot some fish!
Snorkel equipment and the blogger with messy hair. Get real tanned after this. But no regrets.
Some "photo-shooting" session of me and a friend. Flooding friend's camera with our photos. It was fun and memorable. We even played with leaves for some "got feel" photos.
Jump shot is a must before leaving! Quite successful one during the trip. (Most of the jump shots I had were jokes. Not to be shown in public. XD)
We spent about 8 hours for island hoping and headed back apartment to clean up. What's next?
DINNER!!!
