Taiwan: Day 2 Beitou Thermal Valley 北投地热谷

Beitou Thermal Valley (北投地热谷), or also called Hell Valley or Geothermal Valley, is located at a valley near the end of Zhongshan Road. From Hot Spring Museum, it is about a 10 minutes walk to Thermal Valley. This is one of the most famous tourist spots in Beitou. It is a natural sulfur hot spring where water temperatures can reach up to 100 degree celsius, with pH of 2-3.

Nice street decoration along Zhongshan Road. Pretty flowers!!

Upon reaching Thermal Valley, we found a river with some nice scenery. Tourist photo time!!!

After 10 minutes walk, we are finally here! Thermal Valley!!!

Feel the heat???? But I can tell you, the scenery is superb!!!

The water underneath the vapour is blue green!! Super clear!!

Try to act like a model and failed! Messy hair and eye bags. OMG. T.T

Favourite pic of mine at Thermal Valley.

Tourist photo non-stop!!

Must visit place in Beitou -- Thermal Valley!!! Enjoy the heat, the smell and the beauty of nature!!
