Penang: Harvest Inn Cafe

Are you sick of hawker food during your Penang trip? Want to try something different? There's a few cheap western restaurants in Penang that you can hunt for. Cheap, really cheap. And the environment can be very cozy.

I've tried 2-3 places and few weeks ago, I went to try another one -- Harvest Inn Cafe. Never heard of it during my college time. Penang friend suggested it to us when we say we're looking for a place for birthday dinner for the March baby.

Harvest Inn Cafe is located at a corner, and there's no big signboard. However, with waze's navigation, we could find the cafe easily. XD It is pretty simple and nice, and kinda crowded even when we went there around 8.30pm.

The building. It looks like a normal terrace house, with no sign of "Harvest Inn Cafe"

Side-look of the cafe.

Their dishes are quite nice and we add-on soup, dessert and drink for only RM6. Really cheap and worthy.

The mushroom soup! You can munch on mushrooms so it is really good. Not canned mushroom soup.

My almond grilled fish! The plating is nice! Look at the wedges below. <3

Friend's lamp chop. I remember it is about RM19.90. Cheap for a lamb chop!

Friend's Fish Cordon Bleu

Friend's Seafood Fusion Spaghetti

The dessert! Cappuccino cake is really tasty! Just a little small. But for the price, it is awesome =)
Food is nice and good ambience! Definitely a good place for gathering. Although we failed to celebrate birthday officially in this cafe, we all enjoyed the food. =D (Birthday celebration was epic and should be confidential =P)

Address: 10, Irrawaddy Road, 10050 Penang
